[Bug Fixes]

-Fixed a bug that causes the combo counter to not reset when it should in certain situations.

-Fixed an issue where Trois' 236D Super would refund more meter than it spends while in the "overdrive" state in power mode.

[Balance Changes]

-Reduced the damage on Trois' super.

-Slightly reduced the counter frames on Trois' super.

-Reduced the damage on all versions of Ares' 214x, his 236C, all versions of his [4]6C, and his 2A.

-Changed how Ares' 214x interacts with the gravity scaling system.

-Increased the vertical knockback on Ares' 214A/B.

-Reduced the damage bonus that Power Mode gets in the "overdrive" state.
