Just a small update  that fixes a crash and also adds a couple buffs for some characters ^_^

-Fixed a bug that caused a crash when using any of the assist only characters in speed or power.

-Fixed a bug that caused a crash on the versus screen when using assist only characters, when player 1 is in speed or power, and player 2 is in team mode.

[BALANCE CHANGES]

-Increased the damage buff for power mode/overdrive

-Increased damage on Crow's Ultra.

-Increased damage on Ares' Ultra.

-Slightly Increased damage on April's Ultra.

-Decreased the probablility that the CPU will burst on all difficulties.

-Increased damage for Mai's 214C.

-Decreased Horizontal Knockback for Mai's 214C.
