Just a small update that makes the cpu a little easier and fixes a few bugs :)

-Decreased the armor that Unit-01+ has on her 214x.

-Decreased meter gain in extra mode.

-Increased i-frames on Sparrow and Leaf's Ultras.

-Fixed a small graphical bug on the next battle screen in arcade mode.

-Fixed a bug where (redacted) had the wrong assists in team mode

-Slightly increased the amount of points gained as health bonus.

-Decreased the rate at which the cpu will parry and tech throws.

-Decreased the cpu difficulty overall.
