Just some tiny changes before the tournament that's happening this sunday :)
0.9.9.6 Patch Notes
-In power mode, the first 3 attacks in a combo before a super or burst will now not be affected by damage scaling.
-Fixed a bug that caused knockback to be different depending on which way you were facing for attacks that caused negative knockback.
-Decreased the cpu difficulty for the rival character in arcade mode.
